The houses we put on sale are energy-efficient, being built with materials and technologies that ensure judicious storage of indoor heat and on the long run help save energy, and implicitly money for heating.
All houses are heated by a heat pump, and domestic hot water is obtained by combining three solar panels, a heat pump and a 500-liter boiler. Each house is ideal for a family of 3 to 6 members, consisting of 2-3 rooms, a living room featuring a central fireplace that is both practical and decorative, a kitchen equipped with a hob, oven and dishwasher, as well as two bathrooms serving two distinct areas of the house.
The land, spread over an area of 800 square meters, is perfectly integrated into the environment, the spacious garden being harmoniously decorated with ornamental plants. The outdoor terrace also allows and is ready for the installation of a jacuzzi. The entire property is enclosed by a fence.
The houses are connected to electricity and to the water network, and the internet connection can be established very easily. At the same time, each house is equipped with a mini-station for domestic water treatment and a utility area including: the electrical connection box, the domestic water meter box and three compartments for the garbage collector.
